Our Managing director Natasha Giles has an extensive background within the Human Resources industry, with over 14 years of industry experience in a diverse range of skilled industry settings.
Working her way up over the years ensuring her wealth of knowledge spans all aspects from general HR capacities to management roles with great emphasize on team building and leadership roles to whole management planning and improvement implementation schemes.

With a wealth of knowledge from diverse industry experience she has handled so many responsibilities over the years and shows high levels of competency within these areas:

- Developing/ Tailoring and implementing recruitment processes
- Tailoring performance management systems and delivering training to line managers.
- Writing and invoking company policy and procedures in alignment with company values and FWA
- Managing industrial relations issues

Natasha is a dedicated company director focusing on the need for HR to be more readily available to small and medium sized business with emphasis on total dedication for the needs of clients. We are here to support SME industry business ideas specifically opening up the need for HR problem solving on a non-permanent basis.
